Terms & conditions
- By state law, the dumpster will not be hauled if loaded above the top edge.
- Payment due upon or prior to delivery.
- If dumpster is not able to be dropped off due to an inaccessible driveway or drop off area a $100 fee will be billed to the customer for a failed drop off.
- If dumpster is not able to be picked up due to it being blocked in, inaccessible for for any reason or overloaded, a $100 fee will be billed to customer for a failed pickup.
- If customer requests an extended rental period at time of pickup a $100 dry run fee will be billed to customer.
- Customer will be responsible for any over tonnage fees in the amount of $95 per ton. Customer is responsible for any overweight fines that are assessed by the D.O.T. The credit card on file will be used to bill the overages.
- MD Dumpsters is not responsible for damages of customer property during pickup and delivery including yard and or driveway.
- MD Dumpsters is not responsible for any injuries due to improper use of dumpster.
- Customer is responsible for all dumpster permits required by local authorities.
- Contractor, if any, is jointly liable with customer for any injury or property damage that may occur to the dumpster or property.
- No hazardous materials are to be placed in dumpster along with the following items (paint, oil, fuel/fuel cans, propane tanks, chemicals, medical items, tires, electronics, televisions, refrigerant, dirt, brick, block, or concrete.)
- If tires are thrown into dumpster a $20 penalty will be applied to small tires, and a $40 penalty will be applied to large truck tires. This penalty is PER TIRE.
- A $15 dollar per day rental fee will apply if customer requests to extend rental term.
- No refunds will be given if the dumpster is requested for early pickup, or if the dumpster is not filled to given weight allotment.
- If Damages occur to MD Dumpsters property, the customer is held responsible and liable to pay for damages.
